Abuja, Nigeria –– Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) is pleased to announce the official inauguration of its Board of Directors by the Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun at the Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja on Tuesday 23rd July 2024. This significant event follows the initial announcement of the newly constituted Board by His Excellency, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In his remarks, the Honourable Minister emphasized that the fund’s mandate is in alignment with a key aspect of the Renewed Hope Agenda, which aims to foster an inclusive environment, create jobs, and eradicate poverty. The Minister further highlighted that the board selection process was conducted strictly on merit basis, expressing confidence in the ability of each distinguished member to fulfill their mandate effectively.
The inauguration marks a pivotal moment for FHFL as we continue our mission to provide affordable housing solutions for Nigerian families. The newly inaugurated Board comprises distinguished professionals who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to guide FHFL in achieving its strategic goals.
Mr. Ademola Adebise, the newly inaugurated Chairman of Family Homes Funds Limited, acknowledged the call to duty, stating that their mandate, in line with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, is to provide affordable homes for low-income earners in Nigeria.
The Board of Directors includes Mr. Ademola Adebise (Board Chairman); Mr. Abdul Mutallab Mukhtar (Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director); Mr. Abdullahi Musa (Executive Director, Finance); Mr. Emeka Henry Inegbu (Executive Director, Operations); Mr. Abdulqawil Bello, (Non-Executive Director representing the Ministry of Finance Incorporated); Ms. Ijeoma Taylaur (Non-Executive Director representing NSIA Property Investment Company Limited ); Mr. Sam Okagbue (Non-Executive Director); Mr. Musa Ahmed (Non-Executive Director); Dr. Eniang Nkang (Non-Executive Director); and Mrs. Bilkisu Usman (Non-Executive Director).
