On April 26, 2025, Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) brought joy to Family Homes Estate in Grand Luvu, Nasarawa, with a generous donation of soccer equipment, sparking excitement among residents. Led by Mr. Ahmed Baba, who represented the managing director, the FHFL team presented the items to estate management and an enthusiastic crowd.
Inspired by a prior visit highlighting the needs of the estate’s youth, FHFL’s Managing Director championed this donation to nurture Nigeria’s next generation. The contribution included soccer goal nets, jerseys, bibs, cones, a first aid box, soccer balls, and more. During the presentation, Mr. Ahmed Baba emphasized how sports foster essential life skills like teamwork and resilience.
The estate grounds buzzed with energy as young players showcased their passion and residents connected with the visiting team. Estate Secretary Mr. Mabur Hosea warmly accepted the donation, expressing deep gratitude for FHFL’s heartfelt support. Beyond the equipment, FHFL engaged in meaningful discussions with residents and management, committing to address challenges and upgrade the estate’s sporting facilities.
This visit lays a strong foundation for collaboration and community growth. While further planning is needed to realize the proposed enhancements, FHFL’s contribution reflects a steadfast dedication to empowering our youth and community through sport.
