On this day, March 20, 2025, a significant milestone was achieved as the Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPTF), Mohammed Sheidu, accompanied by members of the management team, visited the Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) headquarters to formalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the provision of housing for the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
The primary objective of this collaboration is to provide affordable and accessible housing units for serving and retiring police officers in alignment with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. This partnership underscores FHFL’s unwavering commitment to supporting communities through sustainable housing solutions, in line with our vision that “business with us is business with humanity.”
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of FHFL, Mr. Abdul Mutallab Mukhtar, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing FHFL’s dedication to addressing Nigeria’s housing deficit. He highlighted that FHFL has successfully applied a similar approach in the student housing scheme funded across the country. He further assured the NPTF delegation of FHFL’s readiness to establish a dedicated team to drive discussions and implementation forward.
In closing, the Executive Secretary of NPTF, Mohammed Sheidu, expressed his deep appreciation for FHFL’s hospitality and commitment to the project, reaffirming his confidence in the success of the partnership.
