The Federal Government (FG) of Nigeria has launched an online portal designed to streamline the process of purchasing homes under the Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Scheme. The Renewed Hope Cities and Estates is a strategic partnership between the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Continental Civil and General Construction Company (CCGCC), and Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) as the financier to provide aspiring homeowners with seamless access to a variety of affordable housing options.
The mandate of the Renewed Hope Housing Cities and Estates Scheme is to deliver 100,000 homes, especially for families on low to middle income across Nigeria. The initiative is a key component of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with the ultimate objective of unleashing Nigeria’s full economic potential through strategic investments.
The portal, accessible at www.renewedhopehomes.fmhud.gov.ng offers a user-friendly platform where prospective buyers can explore, select, and initiate the purchase of homes that suit their needs and budgets.
