Family Homes Funds Ltd held a stakeholder session, bringing together Developers, Primary Mortgage Banks, and Commercial Banks. The brainstorming session aimed to discuss challenges and bottlenecks in structuring construction finance transactions while exploring potential solutions to strengthen the ecosystem.
This platform provided a valuable opportunity to gain deeper insights into the processes across various players of the housing delivery value chain and identify areas for collaboration to enhance and streamline the construction finance framework.
The session, held on Thursday, 23 January 2025, at the office premises, saw an impressive turnout, marking a significant step toward advancing this vision. We look forward to hosting the next stakeholder session.
