The Role
The job role requires a high proficiency level in financial analysis. The job holder will be required to lead investment research, conduct in-depth analysis of proposed investment partnership and provide investment recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on financial markets, economic trends, and industry sectors to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, which may involve reviewing financial statements, legal documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine FHFL's investment strategy, asset allocation, and investment policies.
- Provide investment recommendations and reports to senior management or Credit Management Committee (MCC).
- Ensure that all investment activities adhere to relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal compliance policies.
- Evaluate and analyze alternative investment opportunities, such as private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and real assets.
- Effectively communicate complex financial concepts and analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- 9 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, financial analysis, or a related field, 4 Years must be in supervisory role
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from financial data and make informed investment decisions
