The 2021 - 2024 Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) Strategic Plan is the organisation's first articulated strategy, covering FHFL's corporate goals and strategies to achieve them over the next three years. FHFL aims to play a key role in improving the living standards of Nigerians on low income by constructing decent homes, providing home ownership financing solutions and creating new jobs.

It sets out the Company's 3 Strategic Goals and the priority activities for achieving these goals. The strategic document provides for an effective monitoring and evaluation system to be put in place to ensure that we are reaching our goals, and to evolve new strategies if needed.
