Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of technical assistance for skills acquisition and apprenticeship training for youth artisans to promote their gainful employment in the housing value chain and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for the services of an Implementing Partner.
The services included under this project are reviewing the development of implementation framework for the integration of skills delivery, conducting training needs assessment, developing training manuals, offering training services and certification in line with national qualification framework, etc. Ultimately, the Consultant will be required to serve as a technical partner. The engagement is expected to be two (2) years, from June 2025.
FHFL now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria: a consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection method set out in the Procurement Policy and the procurement plan for the activities. “in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework (October 2015), which is available on the AfDB’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
Interested consultants may request a copy of the terms of reference (TOR) and any further information at the address below during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Expressions of interest must be delivered in hard or soft copies to the address below by 16 June 2025 at 12:00 p.m. and mention “Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) For Skill Acquisition Training Program.”
