FHFL is currently working with the Niger State Government to provide 1200 homes for civil servants in the state. This was sealed by a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) signed at the Government House in Minna on Wednesday, 1st July 2020.
Governor Abubakar Sani Bello Wednesday presided over the signing of the MoU between the state government and the company at the Government House, Minna. He assured that the state government, in its desire to provide decent, affordable and good quality homes to the people will be fully committed to supporting the project.
Mr Femi Adewole, MD/CEO of Family Homes Funds assured the Governor of the firm’s sole responsibility to finance and monitor the execution of the project and ensure adherence to the set standards of the MoU.
The project, which will cost up to N1.8bn will create up to 6000 jobs for the people.
The Niger state project is one among many other states who have partnered with Family Homes Funds to provide their citizens with affordable homes.
